Unlike many competitors, all our inventory comes directly from the manufacturer and you receive brand new product with the factory US warranty.  Many competitors are not authorized for many of their brands.  That means they don't buy directly from the manufacturer and the manufacturer may not honor the warranty.  You might even be buying distressed or refurbished goods, or offshore goods with no US warranty when buying from some other sites on the web.

30 Day Returns and Exchanges:

We hope you or your recipient are delighted with the product you choose, but if not, just follow the simple instructions on your packing slip for returns and exchanges.

NO Restocking Fees:

Please note that many of our competitors DEDUCT 10 to 20% from your refund as a "restocking fee" if you need to return your watch or clock -- so they make money whether you are happy or not. Big Inventory in Stock, Ready for Immediate Shipment:

We have a large inventory in stock and close to 99% of our orders are shipped within one business day.  In the event that one of our watches is temporarily unavailable, we will let you know immediately and we NEVER charge your credit card until the day we ship the watch.  Some competitors wait to get your order before they order the item from their sources - adding days or weeks to your shipping time -- just because there are hundreds of pictures of watches on their site, doesn't mean any of them are necessarily in stock.

We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping or 2nd Day for only $3 or Next Day for $15 (48 US States - higher in Alaska & Hawaii due to higher costs) You will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which you can track online.  Competitors shipping varies widely - some may charge very high shipping charges or ship by Postal Service which does not offer the automated tracking and reliability that UPS does.

Orders placed online or over the phone do not constitute a legal contract until we ship the product.  Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures.  We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards, or we cannot ship the product due to factors beyond our control.
